INITIAL CONSULTATION

At least 48 hours prior to service, we will arrange to meet with you, in your home, to discuss and develop a care plan catered to your pet’s specific needs.   This is also an opportunity for your pet to meet us.

The initial consultation is free.

WAGGIN' BASIC •*^

Up to 20 mins         $20 per visit

Suitable for pets requiring minimal care and contact time. E.g. very timid cats, fish, rats, mice, guinea pigs, birds, chooks, reptiles etc.

WAGGIN' DELUXE •^

Up to 30 mins       $30 per visit

Suitable for pets requiring love and attention and interaction. E.g. dogs, cats, horses.

WAGGIN' ADDITIONAL VISIT •^

Up to 15 mins    $15 per visit

Additional visits (same day) are sometimes needed to let pets in or out of living areas/provide toilet time/provide additional feeds et cetera.

WAGGIN' WALKIN' •#

30 min walk       $25 per walk

A daily or regular walk is excellent exercise and helps break up your dog's day. Walks are fun and may help reduce naughty behaviour.

WAGGIN' ADDITIONAL TRAVEL

We service all areas in around Toowoomba within a 7 kilometre radius from the Toowoomba Post Office. For areas outside this radius a $2 per kilometre travel fee applies.

• * This service level is NOT available for dogs as we believe dogs require at least 30 minutes of interaction daily.
• ^ Four (4) or more pets/cages will incur additional time and charges.
• # We will not walk your dog during extreme conditions eg. thunderstorms, heavy rainstorms or extreme heat.
• ** Book 10 or more days and receive 10% discount.
