For your pet’s safety and emotional security, we provide minimum half hour visit and play for all dogs in our care, however shorter visits can be arranged for smaller animals, birds & reptiles.

A care visit can include all, or some, of the following services:

• Feeding your pet
• Providing fresh water/food bowl cleaning
• Kitty litter tray cleaned/backyard poop scoop
• Aviary/cage cleaning
• Short walk for dogs (10-15 mins max)
• Playtime, cuddles and belly rubs
• Brushing
• Any specified tasks (tick check, medications etc.)
• Occasional treat (if allowed)
• Bathing (for bookings more than 10 days)
• Washing of beds/bed linen (for bookings more than 10 days)

We can also help give your home the “lived in” look whilst you’re away. Services include:

• Security check of home and property
• Bringing in mail/ newspapers
• Putting out/taking in wheelie bins
• Watering house plants
• Closing/opening of curtains/blinds

In addition to the above care plan services we also offer a dog walking service.

Service Area

We service all areas in and around Toowoomba within a 7 kilometre radius from the Toowoomba Post Office. For areas outside of this radius a travel fee will apply. (Refer Fees and Charges)
