Waggin’ Tails @ Home reserves the right to refuse care to any animal we deem aggressive and/or dangerous, or service households where your pet’s safety may be at risk.  Eg. Unsecured yards or pets who can escape from their yard.

A care plan for each pet is to be completed and signed before services commence.

Vaccinations are to be current.

Payment must be received in full by either cash or cheque before care visits commence.

If payment is not received prior to the commencement of services, Waggin’ Tails @ Home will be unable to provide the pre-arranged care visits to your pet.

You may cancel our services up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled commencement of care visits and a full refund will be given. A cancellation fee of $20 will apply to cancellations of less than 24 hours’ notice.
